Refund policy

Welcome to Annular! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a transparent, customer-friendly return policy. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to the conditions below:

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

No Shipping Costs for Returns: We will cover the shipping cost for returning your item. Upon processing your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds for Unopened Items Only: Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned unopened and in their original condition. If an item is returned and found to have been opened, you will forfeit your refund for that item. 

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds of gift cards.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Help@Annular.com.
